ฮุนได เผยโฉมนวัตกรรม “ยานยนต์แห่งอนาคต “Intrado”
บริษัท ฮุนได มอเตอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ผู้นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายรถยนต์ ฮุนไดอย่างเป็นทางการแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย เตรียมนำรถยนต์ต้นแบบ “Intrado” หรือ “HED-9” มาจัดแสดงเป็นครั้งแรกในอาเซียนที่งาน “มหกรรมยานยนต์ ครั้งที่ 32” หรือ Thailand International Motor Expo 2015 “Intrado” คือรถต้นแบบแนว crossover ที่เผยถึงวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลของแบรนด์ “ฮุนได” ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการเดินทางในอนาคตกับการเพิ่มความสุนทรีย์ในการขับขี่มากยิ่งขึ้น และตอกย้ำความเชื่อของฮุนไดที่ว่า การนำเทคโนโลยีที่ล้ำหน้าผสมผสานกับการออกแบบที่ชาญฉลาดนั้น จะทำให้ผู้ขับขี่และผู้โดยสารสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากรถยนต์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งการออกแบบของ Intrado ตั้งแต่ภายในจรดภายนอกนั้น ล้วนแล้วแต่คำนึงถึงความต้องการของผู้ใช้ทั้งสิ้น โดยจะเน้นการใช้งานเป็นหลัก และยังสามารถนำมาใช้งานจริงกับรถยนต์ในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างลงตัว
ชื่อ “Intrado” เป็นชื่อของส่วนที่อยู่ใต้ปีกของเครื่องบิน ซึ่งเป็นบริเวณที่ทำหน้าที่ในการสร้างแรงส่งให้เครื่องบินทะยานขึ้นสู่ท้องฟ้า การออกแบบ Intrado นั้นได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากเครื่องบินเช่นกัน ซึ่งจะเน้นการใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพสูง มีน้ำหนักที่เบาแต่มีความแข็งแรงสูง โดยตัวถังของ Intrado ผลิตจากวัสดุ carbon fiber ซึ่งสามารถลดน้ำหนักได้ถึง 70% เมื่อเทียบกับตัวถังทั่วไป โดยยังสามารถรักษาระดับความปลอดภัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ชิ้นส่วนตัวถังภายนอกผลิตจากวัสดุโลหะเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัย ทำให้รถมีน้ำหนักเบา ทนทาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการตัดชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์ตกแต่งที่ไม่จำเป็นออก เพื่อเป็นการลดน้ำหนักและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุดให้กับตัวรถ อีกทั้งยังให้สมรรถนะการขับขี่ที่ดีขึ้นและง่ายต่อการบำรุงรักษา
Intrado ใช้เครื่องยนต์เซลล์เชื้อเพลิงไฮโดรเจน เจเนอเรชั่นใหม่ล่าสุด ร่วมกับแบตเตอรี่แบบ Li-ion ขนาด 36 กิโลวัตต์ ซึ่งสามารถวิ่งได้มากกว่า 600 กม. ต่อเชื้อเพลิงหนึ่งถัง โดยใช้เวลาในการเติมเชื้อเพลิงไฮโดรเจนในเวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาที การขับเคลื่อนทั้งหมดนั้น จะไม่มีไอเสียถูกปลดปล่อยออกสู่สิ่งแวดล้อม มีเพียงแต่น้ำบริสุทธิ์เท่านั้น นอกจากระยะทางวิ่งที่เพิ่มขึ้นแล้ว Intrado ยังมีสมรรถนะที่ดีขึ้น ทั้งในเรื่องของ อัตราเร่ง การตอบสนอง และการควบคุม เนื่องจากน้ำหนักที่ลดน้อยลงและระบบขับเคลื่อนที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น
เมื่อต้นปีที่ผ่านมา Intrado ได้รับรางวัล JURY PRIZE จากการประกวด JEC Innovation awards 2015 สำหรับการออกแบบตัวถังโดยใช้วัสดุ carbon fiber ที่ใช้กรรมวิธีและกระบวนการผลิตแบบใหม่ ทำให้มีประสิทธิภาพที่สูงกว่าการผลิต carbon fiber แบบทั่วไป ซึ่งเป็นการพิสูจน์และตอกย้ำความเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมและความสามารถของฮุนไดในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่สำหรับยานยนต์ในอนาคต

Hyundai Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the sole authorized importer and distributor of Hyundai automobiles in Thailand is set to showcase the “Intrado”; codenamed “HED-9” crossover concept for the first time in ASEAN at the Thailand International Motor Expo 2015. Intrado shows off Hyundai’s optimistic vision of a future where mobility is more enjoyable and demonstrates Hyundai’s belief that advanced vehicle technologies and intelligent design can combine to engage more effectively with driver and passengers. The car’s use of lightweight materials, new construction methods and advanced powertrain raises efficiency, while the design focus, both inside and out, is on purely meeting the needs of consumers in terms of usability.
Taking its name from the underside of an aircraft’s wing – the area that creates lift; Intrado was designed with inspiration from aircraft which emphasizes the use of high quality materials with lightweight but high strength properties. The body structure of Intrado is constructed from carbon fiber, reducing weight by 70% when compared to a conventional chassis without compromising safety attributes while the exterior body panels are made of advanced super-lightweight steel. Furthermore, unnecessary adornments and detailing are removed in an effort to reduce weight and maximize efficiency.
Intrado is powered by a next-generation hydrogen fuel-cell powertrain that utilizes a Li-ion 36 kW battery. Refuelled in just a few minutes, Intrado has a range of more than 600 kilometers and emits only water. In addition to increased range, Intrado promises more responsive and agile driving dynamics, thanks to the reduced weight and greater efficiency of its powertrain.
Intrado received the Jury Prize from the JEC Innovation awards 2015 for its unique carbon fiber frame design utilizing new construction methods and processes which increases efficiency when compared with other conventional carbon fiber construction methods. This is a testament to Hyundai’s innovation and prowess in developing new technologies for automobiles of the future.
