BSM แตกไลน์บุกอสังหาฯ ผุดบิ๊กโปรเจกต์
นายสุเรซ ซูบรามาเนียม ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท บิวเดอสมาร์ท จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BSM เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทฯ ได้บุกเบิกตลาด ใหม่ที่มีการเติบโตสูง ด้วยการเปิดตัวโครงการ ‘Sansara’ (แซน-สรา) โครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์แห่งแรกที่พัฒนาด้วยบริษัทฯ เอง ด้วยมูลค่าโครงการกว่า 500 ล้านบาท ตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศแห่งการพักผ่อนใจกลางสนามกอล์ฟ Black Mountain หัวหิน จังหวัด ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยบริษัทฯพร้อมเริ่มพัฒนาโครงการที่อยู่อาศัย และชุมชนที่เป็นไลฟ์ สไตล์สำหรับคนวัยเกษียณ เนื่องจากเป็น โครงการที่มีศักยภาพ และจะนำโครงการเข้าขออนุมัติการลงทุนโครงการดังกล่าวจากที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจ าปี2559 นี ้
โครงการ ‘Sansara’ (แซน-สรา) เป็นโครงการสำหรับคนวัยเกษียณที่มีความแอคทีฟ และกระฉับกระเฉง ประกอบไปด้วยที่พักอาศัย แบบวิลล่า และคอนโดมิเนียมสไตล์รีสอร์ท ที่มีการบริการ และสิ่งอ านวยความสะดวกครบครัน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการส าหรับคน วัยเกษียณโดยเฉพาะโดยบริษัทฯมีพาร์ทเนอร์หลัก 3 ราย ได้แก่ แบล็คเมาเทนท์เดอะโบว์มอนท์พาร์ทเนอร์ชิป และ IMG ซึ่งพร้อมที่เข้ามาเป็นพันธมิตรร่วมกันพัฒนาโครงการ Sansara “โครงการ ‘Sansara’ เป็นโครงการสไตล์ RetirementVillage ที่ตอบโจทย์คนวัยเกษียณและถือว่าเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการเติบโตสูงโดย จะเป็นที่พักอาศัยบรรยากาศรีสอร์ท มีบริการเหมือนโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ซึ่งเราคาดว่าจะได้รับกระแสตอบรับที่ดีจากการศึกษา โครงการมากว่า2 ปี”

ขณะที่นายทิมโมธีโบว์มอนด์ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ของ เดอะโบว์มอนท์พาร์ทเนอร์ชิป ในฐานะผู้ออกแบบกล่าวว่า”โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่น่าตื่นเต้นทั้งในด้านการออกแบบ และ ผลกระทบต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม การออกแบบที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับคนวัยเกษียณต้อง ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้อยู่อาศัย และ ให้ความสำคัญกับรายละเอียดอย่างพิเศษ การออกแบบที่ดีในทุกฯด้านของโครงการ สำหรับคนวัย 50 ปีขึ้นไป จะไม่บ่งบอกว่านี้เป็นโครงการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
นางซูซาน มาโลน กรรมการผู้จัดการ IMG กล่าวว่า “เรามีประสบการณ์บริหารชุมชนวัยเกษียณ มาเป็ นเวลาหลายปี ที่ประเทศ ออสเตรเลียและช่วง5 ปี หลังเรายังได้ทำงานในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ส าหรับโครงการแซนสราจะเป็ นโครงการที่ผู้อยู่อาศัย จะมีความสุข ได้รับบริการที่ดีเยี่ยม มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีความปลอดภัย และ มีการบริการด้านสุขภาพตามความ ต้องการของผู้อยู่อาศัย” ‘Sansara’ (แซน-สรา) เป็นโครงการที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของคนวัยเกษียณที่ต้องการใช้ชีวิตมากกว่าการ พักผ่อน ภายใต้แนวคิด ‘ใช้ชีวิต อย่างที่คุณรัก’ เจาะกลุ่มเป้าหมายคนวัยเกษียณต่างชาติโดยฉพาะอังกฤษ ยุโรปตอนเหนือ และ ออสเตรเลียซึ่งคาดว่าจะเริ่มเปิ ดให้จองได้ภายในเดือนมิถุนายน 2559 นี ้
Mr. Suresh Subramaniam, CEO of BuilderSmart Public Company Limited or BSM revealed that BSM will be the pioneers in this potentially high-growth market by launching the new “Sansara” project, the first real estate development for BSM. Sansara is located at the heart of Black Mountain Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. BSM is will develop this lifestyle residential community for the retirement demographic. This project has a lot of potential and we expect get the investment of the project approved at the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
Sansara is aimed at retirees 50 and over who wish to maintain an active lifestyle. Consisting of resort styled villas and condominiums, the development will also provide full services and facilities to meet the requirements for the retiree demographic. BSM has partners with three companies which include Black Mountain, The Beaumont Partnership, and IMG which will be looking to set up a joint venture to develop other developments of this type.

While Mr. Timothy Beaumont, CEO of the Beaumont Partnership, as the designer of this project said that ” this is an exciting project on both the design front as well as its impact on the industry.
Designing for an older demographic is both subtle and complex. A well designed thought out development designed for the 50+ demographic needn’t scream old”.
Mrs. Susan Malone, managing director of IMG said that “We have experience in developing the Retirement Villages in Australia for many years and have worked in South East Asia over the last five years. Residents at Sansara will enjoy five star service, convenience, security and healthcare that meets their requirements.
The Sansara development is suitable for those in the retirement age group who want “to live the life they love”. The project is targeted at British, Europeans and Australians and it is espected that this project will be for expressions of interests from June 2016.
